How Our AI Assistant Works
Euphorie uses an AI language model powered by Groq to provide knowledge assistance to users. Important details about our AI service:
- Model Information: Our AI assistant uses Groq's language model with training data up to 2023
- Data Processing: Your questions and conversations with the AI are processed by Groq's servers to generate responses
- No Model Training: Your individual conversations are not used to train or improve the AI model
- Context Awareness: The AI may use context from your current chat session to provide relevant responses
AI Data Handling
- Temporary Processing: AI conversations are processed in real-time and not permanently stored by the AI service
- No Personal Data in AI Training: Your personal information is never used to train AI models

Camera & Media Permissions
Camera Usage
Our app requests camera permissions to enable the following features:

- Profile Pictures: Capture photos for your profile avatar
- Media Filters: Apply optional filters or effects to captured media (if applicable)
How We Handle Camera Data
- User-Initiated Only: Camera access is only activated when you explicitly choose to use camera features
- Local Processing: Photos/videos are processed on your device before upload
- Secure Upload: Media files are encrypted during transmission to our servers
- No Background Access: We never access your camera in the background or without your knowledge
Managing Camera Permissions
You have full control over camera access:
- Camera permission is optional - you can use Euphorie without granting camera access
- You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings
- On Android: Settings → Apps → Euphorie → Permissions → Camera
- Denying camera permission will disable photo/video capture features but won't affect other app functionality
Media Storage and Sharing
- Photos and videos are stored securely on our servers
- Media shared in public rooms is visible to all room participants
- You retain ownership of all photos and videos you capture
- You can delete your uploaded media at any time
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

- Messages in public chat rooms are visible to all room participants
- Your username and profile information may be visible to other users
- Photos and videos shared in chat rooms are visible to room members

- Security Logs: Up to 12 months for platform protection
You may request earlier deletion of your data, subject to legal and safety requirements.

Children's Privacy
Euphorie is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
The AI assistant is not designed for children and may not provide age-appropriate responses for users under 13.
